Tim Sargeant:- I am trying to trace any descendants of the White
family who farmed at West Farleigh possibly into the 1920s. They possibly farmed
Court Lodge Farm but lived at The Lodge, Wateringbury. The last reference I have
is Montague White, son of Henry, who was aged 23 years in the 1901 Census. His
sister Mabel married into another White family, John Lee White, who was the
elder son of J S White the famous shipbuilder from Cowes on the Isle of Wight.
It is really any descendant of these families I am trying to trace in connection
with some research that I am doing regarding the Vauxhall motor car that John
