PARRAMORE

From Beryl Parramore -
"Season's greetings. I am the widow of Thomas Stuart Parramore, who goes back
through Thomas James, Thomas William and Thomas and Elizabeth (Masters)
Parramore in West Farleigh. I have not done any research into the Parramores for
some time. A short while ago I realised that much of the record is stored on my
Family Tree Maker floppies! I must do something about this before it is too
late. Given time I will try and respond to Parramore related queries".

for Jenny
William Parramore, b1803, was my Gt. Gt. Grandfather, father of my Gt.
Grandfather, Thomas, b1837. I think William's parents were Thomas P & Elizabeth
Masters who married in West Farleigh in 1792.
William married Rebecca Buss in Yalding in 1823. He was an agricultural
labourer. Thomas joined the Royal Navy. In 1851 William & Thomas lived together
in Loves Corner, West Farleigh. Rebecca died in 1840 of a heart disease.
Williams brother Nicholas was a beer seller at what is now the Good Intent pub.
Diane Davies would love to hear from Beryl or anyone who has an interest in the
Parramores. Through the West Farleigh website she has been in contact with Roger
Dove, Caroline Parramore (my great grandfather's cousin) who married his
ancestor, Robert Dove, in 1845. Thank you for your help. I hope to visit West
Farleigh this summer and enjoy myself ferreting around the village. |

Mrs D Davies is seeking information about the Parramores. Her great grandfather,
Thomas Parramore, was born in West Farleigh in 1837/1838 but became a sailor
when young and eventually settled in Gillingham with his 2nd wife. She would
like to trace any relatives - are there any Parramores still living in West
Farleigh?
