researching the Costen family from West Farleigh for sometime, My Great Great
Grandfather Charles (Causten) Costen, 1797-1886, married Sarah
Fry, 1797-1835, daughter of Thomas Fry and Sarah
Furminger. His son my Great Grandfather Charles, 1824 -1904, married Eleanor
Eldridge, the daughter of John
Eldridge, 1790-1869, and Rebecca Fancett,
1790-1869. There are connections with other families in the village perhaps
